Amanda has what you are looking for with both expertise and experience. ShE graduated in 2008 with a Master’s Degree of Science and has been an occupational Therapist for 15 years. What’s an Occupational Therapist? Basically, someone who Enables you to complete your daily activites. you know…. things like dressing, bathing, making meals, working etc. Sometimes this is with specialized exercises that help you to regain the Neuromuscular, musculoskeltal, and visual perceptual skills you have lost. Other times, they recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to enable you to complete activities with limited abilities. The goal is always the same—-Help you get back to doing your important activities as Independently and Pain free as possible!
